It’s slightly unstable for heavier guitars, but it works perfectly for acoustics. Easy to fold and set up.

This stand is definitely budget-friendly. It serves its purpose, but the bottom base tends to spin and close unexpectedly, which is quite frustrating. It claims to be made of “strong iron,” yet I doubt it could withstand a 5-foot drop without damage. The metal feels flimsy and it barely accommodates my guitar. I suppose that’s why it’s marketed as “portable” and “lightweight,” but I’ve owned plenty of stands that weren’t heavy or bulky to the point of being difficult to move. In the future, I’ll probably just visit a store like Guitar Center to find something I can check out in person. That said, it’s still only $11, so I’ll give it 3 stars.

I found this product to be one of the more affordable options available, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality it offered at such a low price. It arrived promptly and was incredibly user-friendly. Although instructions were provided, I didn’t really need them. The padding was excellent.
1.) The three support iron pipes (the base) unfolded easily from the shipping position and locked into place perfectly.
2.) The large bracket at the bottom fit seamlessly into the base, just as described in the instructions, and rotated 180 degrees without any issues to secure it.
3.) Minor issue: The retaining spring was a bit stubborn when trying to fit it into the mounting hole on top. After some effort, it eventually settled into place, but it wasn’t a significant problem.
4.) The upper tube slid smoothly into the lower tube, and adjusting it to the desired height was straightforward. Securing the screw at that height was also hassle-free.
5.) The fixed strap that holds the neck of the guitar was firm and secure, providing a solid fit. The tension of the strap made me feel confident that my guitar was held securely in place.
I would definitely recommend this product to anyone. It’s well worth the investment.
